We are a cooperative governed by a Board of Directors consisting of owners who are
nominated and elected at an annual meeting. Several standing committees offer
opportunities to serve. These committees oversee various operations within the
cooperative, i.e., building maintenance, finance, grounds, etc. Input and recommendations
to the board of directors is given by these vital committees. All are voluntary.
Several "in house" activities offer frequent social gatherings. You can choose from a
variety of card and board games on a weekly basis, or pursue your crafts and woodworking
talents. In addition, Bible study, golf, and even Red Hats offer additional opportunities
in which to participate.
