Our homes feature an open concept which provide a light and airy feeling.
All include walk-in closets, fully-equipped laundry rooms, kitchens with all appliances, ample cupboards, and individual heating/air conditioning. Most homes have 1 1/2 or 2 baths.
Appliances and individual heating/air conditioning units are maintained and serviced by the cooperative. There are two elevators and three stairwells for easy access to all floors. Additionally, the building common areas and individual homes are handicap accessible. Decks and individual storage areas are added features.
